YFJ participated in Yorktown’s annual Holiday Lights parade with an inclusive float celebrating major world religions and winter holidays. Holidays represented included Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, Eid, Diwali, Solstice along with symbols of peace and LGBTQ pride and Bahai.

This float was assembled with the help of Wendy Frank, Patricia Sullivan-Rothberg, Sarah Wilson, Elaine Keyser Griffiths, Katie Schmidt Feder, Marisa Ragonese, Karen Symington, Maria Stanford, and Jen Mitchell. Check out the LoHud article.
